Water Pump Engineer

Our Client is a distributor for world-brand products for mining operations, covers construction, mechanicals and specialties, and water pump with an office located in Pondok Indah Office Tower, South Jakarta

They are currently looking for a professional with a strong background in water pump especially within mining industry to strengthen the company’s technical capabilities in supporting water pump system for underground mining clients, ensuring reliable after-sales service, and enhancing customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical expertise on water pump systems, including selection, installation, operation, and maintenance—specifically for underground mining applications.
2. Collaborate closely with the Water Pump Sales team to understand client requirements, recommend suitable products, and provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales processes.
3. Conduct site visits to remote mining locations, ensuring proper installation, testing, and commissioning of water pump systems.
4. Deliver after-sales service, including troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and performance optimization of installed pumps.
5. Act as the technical point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.
6. Train client teams on the correct operation and routine maintenance of water pump systems.
7. Maintain thorough documentation, including service reports, installation records, and technical recommendations.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the availability of spare parts and timely service delivery. 

Skilled Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience in water pump systems, preferably with experience handling mining client’s
2. Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of water pump systems in remote or field-based settings.
3. Strong problem-solving skills
4. Customer-focused with a strong commitment to after-sales service and long-term client support.
5. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
6. Strong technical knowledge of water pump products
