Our client is one of the local beauty companies with an office located in DKI Jakarta.
They are currently looking for a professional with a strong background in human resources to fill the vacant role as the Head of HR.
Requirements:
Have at least 5 (five) years of experience as HRBP
Able to set up various HR aspects from scratch
Have can-do attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Have growth mindset and able to turn a problem into an opportunity
Offers:
Up to Rp 25 million/month (gross)
13 months' salary annually
