The Apprentice

Successful completion of a 3-month paid apprenticeship program is a necessary step in our company for fresh graduates to join our team as Researchers, which is an entry-level permanent position at our company for a consulting role -- who will be groomed to become one of the next leaders of the company (in the future).

As an Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced consultants as your mentors. You will be supported by the entire team members to become the best version of yourself, professionally and personally.

We are interested in meeting with someone who:

• Works comfortably without close supervision in a hybrid work setup (where you are required to work alternately from our office, our client's premise, the comfort of your home, or anywhere you want to work -- depending on specific tasks, needs, and arrangements)
• Has a fun-loving personality and enjoys talking with new people in a professional manner
• Shows solid self-confidence and has a 'can-do' attitude, but can stay humble all the time
• Consider themselves self-motivated and independent yet has a team-first mentality
• Has a strong understanding of themselves both as a person and as a professional
• Always focus on the possible creative solutions rather than on the problems
• Understands the concept of a "growth mindset" and live by it
• Has self-discipline and the ability to handle tight deadlines
• Can speak and write fluently in English (it's mandatory!)
