Our client is a national coal mining company with a headquarter in Jakarta and several sites in East Kalimantan. It aims to become a major Indonesian based coal mining company with strong commitment to its global customers on reliable and consistent quality of products and services.

To improve their technical aspect operation in the coal mining and exploration field, they are currently searching for an experienced geologist to fill the senior role in the company as Technical General Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as the Operation Manager or General Manager in a coal mining company would be strongly desired.
• Excellent managerial skill combined with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skill.
• Mastering mine planning, scheduling project, and project evaluation.
• Hands-on in resource and reserve estimation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum holds a bachelor degree in Geology, Mining Engineering or any other related fields from a reputable university.
• Holds a certification of Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT) is preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in coal mining project.
• Minimum five years experience in a senior managerial role on coal projects, especially in Kalimantan.
• Able to travel extensively throughout company’s site or office locations in Indonesia.

Work Location:

• Jakarta, Samarinda, and other company’s site or office locations.
