Manager Lab QA & QC

Our client is one of the premium coffee bean laboratories in Indonesia and it is located in East Java. Under a well-known company, this laboratory has accreditation issued by KAN, SNI, BPOM and others.

They are currently looking for a professional with minimum 5 (five) years of experience in Managerial Level from Coffee Industry who understand product quality management and its measurements, also have depth-knowledge in coffee processing techniques and coffee grading concepts, both in raw material and processed products.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: An undergraduate (S1) or higher, preferably from Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Science (or other in a relevant field)
• Having experience and depth-understanding related to Quality Management System (ISO 9000), Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000) and National Accreditation Standards (KAN, SNI, BPOM and others)
• Mastering coffee processing techniques and coffee grading
• Capable to prepare analysis process laboratory in the form of administration and documentation
• Understand the process of product quality management according to food & beverage regulations in Indonesia
