About the Role

Our client, a holding company with 6 subsidiaries, seeks experienced and strategic HR professionals to handle HR matters. 

What We’re Looking For

Min. 8 years experience in the same field

• Proven ability to set up HR systems
• Has experience managing holding companies and their subsidiaries & proven track record handling a workforce of over 100 people 
• Strong expertise in performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee and industrial relations
• Proven track record and ability to implement K3, ensuring employee work safety
• Preferably, candidates that have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, or HR (SDM) Management
