About the Role

Looking for an exciting opportunity to shape and lead strategies in a chemical distributor company?

Our client, a chemical (raw-materials fragrance) distribution company in Surabaya, seeks a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead and shape general management strategies of the company to the next level.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• At least 8 years working experience in the Senior Management level, preferably as General Manager / in similar position
• Proven track record to oversee and manage multiple departments, such as HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Distribution 
• Proven experience in leading teams and developing business strategies to drive growth and profitability, preferably in the chemical distribution industry, but open to any industries
