About the Role:
As a Domestic Key Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving the growth of our client’s corporate customer portfolio and improving the profit and loss performance.
You'll achieve this through strategic customer engagement, market analysis, and product management.
We're looking for a dynamic individual who have previous experience in B2B sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to our client’s mission of delivering excellence to our customers.
What You Will Have to Achieve:
- Revenue Growth: Drive annual revenue growth within your existing customer portfolio, exceeding set targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Elevate customer satisfaction levels by at least 10% annually through exceptional service and relationship management.
- New Client Acquisition: Expand our client’s market share for the offered products/services by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities for acquiring new key accounts.
- Strategic Goals: Meet and exceed strategic objectives by closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business plans and performance reviews.
Your Toolkit for Success:
- Educational Background: A diploma (D3) or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in a B2B related role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Language Proficiency: English proficiency is preferred to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, but not a critical requirement.
- Key Skills:
- Business and Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and commercial strategies.
- Analytical Prowess: Exceptional ability in data collection, analysis, and presentation to support business decisions.
- Sales and Product Development: Experience in managing the sales cycle and involvement in product introduction or launch.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. A self-starter who is driven to be disciplined, willing to put in extra effort, and eager to learn new businesses, products, and markets.
