With the educational background in Economics and Marketing from Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, it's interesting enough to know that Shinta is more passionate about people and communication. She started her early career in the banking industry, moved to the management consulting industry and then entered executive search industry in early 2011 and simply fell in love with the dynamics of it.

In such a short period of time working as the consultant, Shinta has successfully closed several projects on behalf of clients in the manufacturing, heavy equipment, and IT industry. She thinks that it's always interesting to learn about the client's requirements in a very detailed way and analyzing the right candidate profiles to be nominated.

Bridging the negotiation process between clients and candidates in the end part of the recruitment process, even though is a totally new thing for Shinta, but she is able to handle the challenges very well. As she is currently expecting her first child, it doesn't slow her down a bit to liaise with clients and to build a professional network with candidates on her daily routine at work.
