Prior to joining PT Headhunter Indonesia in November 2010, Melissa started her career a few years ago with a multinational executive search company in Jakarta as a Researcher. Spending the last several years on various recruitment consulting firms has given her the ability to search for potential candidates in many creative ways.

At the moment, Melissa's current projects are various assignments from clients in oil & gas, telecommunication equipment, IT, mining, manufacturing and FMCG. She has been working on behalf of the clients to search for various positions, such as: Media Director, Field Specialist, Country Manager, Editors, etc.

Melissa obtained a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia, and she is eager to continue her education and planning to pursue her Master Degree in 2012. Never give up and always think positively is her favorite motto. Melissa has a strong interest in comic books, and listening to music is her way to relieve the tension from (sometimes) very demanding clients. She also enjoys singing and watching videos in her leisure time.
