Haryo combined 11 years of professional experience in law practice, business development, general management and applied psychology to start his own independent recruitment consulting service in May 2009. After successfully managed to close numerous important executive search assignments as a solo recruiter, Haryo decided to incorporate his consulting work and it was the time when PT Headhunter Indonesia officially established in May 2010.

Haryo's expertise is in top level executive search and advising clients on the strategic talent acquisition strategy. He has worked as the consultant for Fortune 500 companies, public listed companies in various countries and he also has a significant number of local companies on his clients portfolio.

Haryo's articles and expert opinions have been published and quoted by various leading national media, such as: Fortune Indonesia, Koran Tempo, Forum Manajemen Prasetiya Mulya, Harian Seputar Indonesia, Media Indonesia, Human Capital Magazine, HardRock FM Bali, Trijaya FM Jakarta, and many others. He has also wrote over 85 easy to read career articles in his personal blog.

Haryo holds a Bachelor Degree in Law (majoring in International Law) from Gadjah Mada University, and he is currently studying at University of Indonesia to pursue a Master Degree in Applied Psychology (majoring in Human Capital & Knowledge Management).

Haryo has a strong interest in good books (especially business and self development topics), good movies (action and comedy), sports (basketball and football) and he is a big fan of Manchester United, AC Milan and Chicago Bulls.
