Dian is a professional consultant with expertise in managing executive search assignments for local and international clients. He has worked with clients in FMCG, IT, pulp & paper, chemical, construction, automotive, high-end fashion brand, and also advertising.

Prior to joining PT Headhunter Indonesia, she worked for a UK based business consulting company in Jakarta, where she liaised with top executives to assist them on reaching their company's goal by implementing predictable, significant, and sustainable change, as well as conducting several research for market segmentation. Her previous consulting experience has helped her tremendously to understand client's requirements in a better way.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Universitas Kristen Indonesia in Jakarta, she has a deep intuition about people and the art of understanding human behavior. As a consultant with wide range of experiences in the marketing industry, Dian is instinctive, thorough and love new challenges. Dian enjoys getting to know her clients and candidates personally, because she truly believes that personal touch with professionalism will differentiate her from the crowd.
