Associate Consultant

Abdillah has been working in the recruitment consulting industry since 2009 for local and international recruitment firms. Initially started his career as a Researcher has given him an opportunity to expand his network and enhance his ability to understand the right candidate profiles to be nominated.

Since joining PT Headhunter Indonesia in mid 2011 as the Associate Consultant, Abdillah has been working on behalf of multiple clients based in Indonesia and Singapore. In his opinion, working as the consultant for clients in various industries with different corporate cultures certainly brought a tremendous opportunity for him to understand the dynamics between candidates and clients and how to act as the mediator to close out a successful win/win deal between them.

Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in English Literature and a minor in Broadcasting from Nusa Mandiri College, Abdillah is always enthusiastic and has a good sense of humor. He likes to meet new people and enjoying movies and watching football matches on television in his spare time. He is also a fan of Manchester United and Juventus.
