Key Responsibilities:

Senior Consultant is the managerial level position within the company, where he/she (eventually) will lead the recruitment consulting practice in one or more industries that we specialized in. He/she will be responsible to lead the team that consist of several Associate Consultants.

Senior Consultant will have the full autonomy to set his/her own work schedule and report the daily work progress to the Principal through web based communication applications.

We focus on essentials, not artificials! Therefore, we clearly valued the end results as the most important factor to determine the success for each projects we handled.

Requirements:

• Must be a great communicator, networker, negotiator, with great interpersonal and excellent leadership skills.
• Has an excellent communication manner over the phone.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment in the recruitment consulting company.
• Self-motivated, highly confident, creative and have a pleasant personality.
• Discipline, independent, and must be able to work with very minimum supervision.
• Result oriented and problem solver type of person.
• Uphold the personal values of high integrity, professionalism, and honesty.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 (three) years professional experience as the Consultant in a recruitment consulting company.
• Holds a Bachelor / Master Degree from a highly reputable university.
• Computer and internet literate.
• Fluency in English is an absolute must.

Work Location:
