Our client is one of the largest plantation companies in Indonesia. They are currently expanding their operations and would like to hire a dynamic professional who has significant experiences in managing public relations, corporate communications and also corporate social responsibility activities, as the new PR Manager.

General Requirements:

• Strong verbal communications skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Comfortable in liaising with top level management people (CEO, CFO, Commissioners), as well as building a strong relation with villagers and/or other stakeholders in the company’s sites
• Actual field experience to promote CSR in her previous employers is an absolute must
• Energetic, creative, with a pleasantly outgoing personality
• Must have strong contacts with media people (TV, magazine, national/local newspaper)
• The position will be based in Jakarta, but extensive travelling to the company’s plantation sites will be required
• Must have a very strong capability in crafting a convincing written report to BOD
• A minimum of 3 years previous experience as a PR Manager, Marcomm, or Corporate Communications Manager in multinational companies would be highly preferred

Work Location:

• Jakarta (Central Business District area)

Remuneration:

• Up to IDR 21 million (gross) per month + other attractive benefits
