Our client is a packaged beverage product manufacturer with its headquarter located in Jakarta and its manufacturing facility located in Sukabumi. They are currently searching to hire a seasoned executive from the beverage industry with a strong background in marketing and business development as Operational Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget planning and overall marketing / business development strategy, which include: sales target, cash flow management and production planning
• Will act as the Executive Director (on behalf of the President Director)
• Oversee the effectiveness of a business mutual relationship with distributors and agents
• Responsible to review and negotiate working agreements with vendors
• Conducting management review to make sure all departments meet corporate compliance

Qualifications:

• Indonesian nationality
• Advanced Degree holder will be strongly preferred
• At least 15 years professional experience, especially in the beverage industry
• Strong background in marketing / business development / operations
• Experienced in new product development
• Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Previous experience as Senior Managers, General Managers, or Directors in beverage companies would be required
• Ability to set goals, measure progress, and meet deadlines, while simultaneously managing multiple projects
• Ability to effectively lead and direct at the highest level
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
