Our client is one of the world leading providers for integrated end-to-end supply chain management and logistics partner to some of the world’s largest companies in various industries. They provide integrated end-to-end supply chain management services through a suite of supply chain solutions to manage the 3 key logistics processes within a supply chain, namely raw materials management, consumer goods distribution and service and returns management.
At the moment, they are currently searching for the Indonesian top executive with previous proven experience in leading, managing and transforming business operation to reach a new height to become their new General Manager / Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
General Manager / Country Manager will have two lines of report: President Director / VP Asean (based in Jakarta) and also Global Operations Director (based in Singapore). The successful candidate will lead 8 departments under him/her and will also be responsible to put the change management strategy into action.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, Chief Operating Officer, or Junior Director with a solid track record in a multinational FMCG company is strongly preferred.
- Excellent general business acumen, with exceptional analytical skill.
- Broad minded and extroverted person who has a great interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skill.
- Highly energetic individual with winning mentality.
- Flexible management approach and a quick learner.
Qualifications:
- Holds an MBA degree would be strongly desired.
- Proven experience in managing the entire business operation and P&L report.
- Strong comprehension of CRM aspect in the business.
- Understand the basic operation of logistics and supply chain.
- Previous experience in delivering solid quantifiable achievements in the FMCG industry.
