To sustain our surge development and keep maintaining the high level of service provided to our clients, we are currently looking for a young professional, who is dynamic, independent, creative and has an excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our startup as the Associate Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Associate Consultant is the entry level position, where he/she will assist the Principal and/or Senior Consultant in resourcing potentially qualified candidates, mostly by doing headhunting calls and searching through the database.
• Interviewing qualified candidates and personally assess the candidate characteristics to match the suitability with the job characteristics.
• Create standardized candidate profile report to be presented to clients.
• Arrange interview sessions between client and candidate.
• Associate Consultant will have the full autonomy to set his/her own work schedule and shall report daily through our web-based communication systems.
• We focus on essentials, not artificials! Therefore, we clearly valued the end results as the most important factor to determine the success for each projects we handled.

Requirements:

• Must be a great communicator, networker, negotiator, with great interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Has an excellent communication manner over the phone.
• Self-motivated, highly confident, creative and have a pleasant personality.
• Discipline, independent, solution oriented and must be able to work with very minimum supervision.
• Uphold the personal values of high integrity, professionalism, and honesty.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 (one) year professional experience in the recruitment function (internal / external) would be strongly preferred.
• Holds a Bachelor / Master Degree majoring in Psychology from a highly reputable university.
• Computer and internet literate.
• Fluency in English is an absolute must.
• Strong skill in crafting written report.

Work Location:
