We currently represent our newest client from overseas, a fast growing US$15 million advertising agency which provides full service below the line campaign for leading companies in FMCG, IT, telco, banking, and property.
They plan to expand their operation and will open a new branch office in Jakarta very soon. Therefore, they are currently looking for an experienced professional with proven track record in managing below the line advertising campaign as their new Account Director.
General Qualifications:
- Holds a Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
- Must have at least 7 years relevant experience in managing below the line campaign for high-profile clients as the Account Director in a leading advertising agency
- Solid and proven track record in business development aspects of the advertising industry — able to sign new clients consistently over the years
- Able to work under tight deadlines and also a target oriented person
- In addition to business development, the candidate would also be responsible to develop new product ideas and concepts, testing and also product launch
- Highly creative and out of the box thinker
- Ability to set goals, measure progress, and meet deadlines, while simultaneously managing multiple projects
- Ability to effectively lead and direct at the highest level
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
